For Michael Blasingim, the best part of his job is finding the right fit and bringing new employees into the Omni family. “Helping our organization and job seekers find each other is a great feeling,” he says.
How does he do it? Well, a typical day for this employee recruitment manager might involve prioritizing communications, reviewing the candidate pool for posted openings, consulting with hiring managers, initiating special advertising, posting jobs, and coordinating with his team. “We have a great crew. I know we have each other’s backs,” he says with pride.
