Omni Family of Services is celebrating its 30th anniversary and we are delighted to showcase the many team members whose contributions brought us to this milestone.
For recruitment specialist Meagan Drane, being part of the community is a key part of her job. She advocates for children in need, while also helping foster parents (she calls them “our angels”) open their hearts and homes to those children.
While her duties vary — following up on leads for foster parents, raising awareness for Omni on social media, ensuring parents know about training options, updating them on the approval process, and more — Meagan categorizes them all as simply “helping.”
“Helping is kind, in all ways, ALWAYS,” she says.
