Omni Family of Services is celebrating its 30th anniversary and we are delighted to showcase the many team members whose contributions brought us to this milestone.
Katelyn Nell is as passionate about finding the right people for the job of foster parenting as she is in providing the support and training they need to be successful.
“My mother is a social worker, so I grew up helping her in the community and seeing the impact that she made. She passed her values on to me and it seemed like such a natural path for me, says the Omni Visions team leader.
Katelyn likes to say that providing foster care services requires a “roll with the punches” attitude to meet whatever needs may arise any given day… or night. It takes, as she says, “passion, advocacy, and tenacity.”
