Omni Family of Services is celebrating its 30th anniversary and we are delighted to showcase the many team members whose contributions brought us to this milestone.
Karen Seals is Regional Director for Omni Visions’ family preservation program. Her team serves families who have children at risk of entering state custody as well as children who are currently in state custody so they can be successfully reunified with their families. She knows that tailoring our evidence-based treatment to the unique needs of each family is crucial to understanding childhood trauma and identifying healthy coping strategies for everyone.
“We help families see that there are choices out there and people who will help them achieve change,” explains Karen.
Her leadership of family preservation teams (Middle and West Tennessee) has brought real success: nearly all the children in this region who receive care and support through this program have been able to remain home with their families and avoid entering the foster care system.
