iHR: Jane is President and CEO of Omni Visions. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Jane: I’m originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and studied social work at St. Louis University in Missouri. And as a lifelong social worker, my passion in life is to really lift others up. I live with my partner and two Boxer dogs.
iHR: What is the mission of your business?
Jane: Omni Visions advances hope and healing to improve lives, empower people and strengthen communities. We focus on family; foster families, biological families, as well as extended families, providing each with the support of services they need in order to be successful.
iHR: Describe what your business is about.
Jane: In our work, we provide a wide variety of services that includes foster care, foster to adopt independent living for youth who are aging out of the foster care system. Relative caregiver services such as grandparents and aunts and uncles taking care of their relatives, as well as children with special needs.
iHR: What else would you like listeners to know?
