President & Chief Executive Officer, Omni Visions
A 25-year Omni Visions veteran, Nichole Young was promoted from Chief Operations Officer to President & Chief Executive Officer in January 2022.
Nichole began her Omni Visions career as a Resource Coordinator at our Knoxville office and subsequently served as a Team Leader, Regional Director, State Director, and Executive Director.
With her deep organizational roots and experience, Nichole intimately understands
the nuances of our business, what makes Omni Visions unique, and is committed to ensuring a quality trauma-competent model of care is delivered to the children and families we serve.
Prior to Omni Visions, Nichole worked with Minnesota Outward Bound, the University of TN
and the University of Louisville Athletic Departments as well as Overlook Mental Health Center in Knoxville.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Leadership and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a Master of Science in Recreational Administration and Child and Family Studies from The University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
